Certified commercial rental kitchen for food enthusiasts and entrepreneurs!

Our certified commercial kitchen is committed to empowering aspiring and established food entrepreneurs, providing the necessary resources required to build, expand and sustain a successful food business.

The kitchen is available 7-days a week from 8 am to 6 pm in either full or half day sessions. For extended and regularly scheduled engagements, custom monthly plans are available.

  • Two large, stainless steel work areas

  • Large commercial refrigeration

  • Full size freezer

  • Storage space for additional charge

KITCHEN RENTAL POLICIES

Please read the following carefully regarding rental requirements:

  • Required:

    • Proof of insurance

    • License with the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals 

  • ServSafe Certification or proof of knowledge of food handling safety

  • Rental time includes time to load and unload all materials and ingredients to be used during the rental session
